So what is Twitter? Twitter is a social media network, where people can communicate and interact with a a variety of people, including celebrities. My Opinion of Twitter, is that its much more suited for celebrities and corporations than just regular users. There is no real time messaging system for Twitter, and can't really comment under pictures or tweets.
One feature that is predominant in Twitter is the use of hash tags. A hash tags enable a user to link a tweet or picture to another persons twitter account. This can be both positive and negative. It can promote a person to a particular product.
